The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Due to the low affordable costs for our customers, the cost of any return shipping will be covered by the customer.
All sales are final. Any items that are damaged or defected can receive store credit or exchanges. Any exchanges for any items sent out will be paid for by the shipper.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If you have received defective items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
A clear photo of the defective item.
Your order number.
Upon review, our customer service team will gladly refund if the item is defective or exchange it for another item.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
All exchanges will be dealt with like a return. Any exchanges for the exact item will not incur any fees. Shipping charges for exchanges will be at the discretion of the customer.
